How to Style Short Hair

September 25, 2018

Last week we gave you a little inspiration for going shorter, and different types of cuts you can get that will still be just as beautiful as those long locks. This week we’re going to go a little deeper and show you a few different ways you can style a short cut if you’re still on the edge about it.

A lot of women aren’t as enticed by the short hair ordeal because they think they won’t be able to do as much with it as they can with longer hair… So we figured we would show you a few of our go-to styles for short hair because having short hair does not have to limit what you can do with it.

1 | Waves

Add a little volume and texture with some waves, whether you’re going for a natural, beach wave or more polished waves.

2 | Braids

Braids are always a fun and easy go-to when you want to keep your hair out of your face. Whether it’s a tight, polished braid, or the messy, undone look, you’ll definitely change up your hair routine with a cute braid every now and then.

3 | Deep Side Part

If you normally part your hair in the middle, change it up a little go for a deep side part. If your hair isn’t used to being parted this way, it’ll add a natural volume.

4 | Pulled Back

Short hair can be a hassle to put into a ponytail sometimes, so why not just do the half-up look? There are actually a lot of ways you can do this to keep it fun and different every time. And if you’re feeling a little fancy, add a cute hair accessory!

Super easy. Super sleek. Super sexy. A quick and easy look if you’re feeling a little lazy but still want to look sexy and sophisticated. Just slide a straightener through your hair and you’re set!
